Dual Positive & Negative Pressure Modes
BIAOJIANG – Positive & Negative Pressure Manual Water Resistance Tester
This instrument uses a traditional wet pressure-testing method. The watch is secured inside a transparent observation chamber, where a manually generated positive or negative pressure differential allows the operator to check for continuous bubbles around the case, crown, case back, crystal edge, and pushers. This helps evaluate water-resistance sealing and locate potential leaks.
The tester features a transparent cylindrical chamber, mechanical pressure gauge, positive/negative pressure selector, and long manual pump lever. Its straightforward operation makes it suitable for watch repair shops, brand service centers, pre-owned watch preparation, and small-batch inspection.

About
Dual pressure modes for versatile everyday water-resistance testing
Combining positive and negative pressure modes with a transparent observation chamber, the tester makes it easy to assess sealing performance and identify potential leak points through visible bubbles—without a complex electronic control system.
Product Components
Transparent observation chamber Holds the water and test watch for clear bubble observation
Watch suspension mechanism:Secures the watch and helps adjust its test position
Upper sealing assembly :Creates a sealed pressure chamber
Mechanical pressure gauge :Displays positive or negative pressure
Pressure mode selector :Selects positive or negative pressure operation
Long manual pump lever :Manually generates the test pressure
Stable base :Supports the chamber and operating mechanism
Basic Operating Principle
1. Secure the watch in the chamber and keep it above the water level.
2. Select the required positive or negative pressure mode.
3. Use the manual lever to reach the specified pressure and maintain it for the required period.
4. Lower the watch into the water or adjust the test state according to the operating instructions.
5. Release the pressure slowly and check the sealed areas for continuous bubbles.
6. Identify potential leak points from the bubble location and retest after servicing.

Switch between positive and negative pressure to test the watch sealing system under different pressure conditions, supporting routine inspection and leak diagnosis.

The transparent cylindrical chamber provides a wide viewing area, allowing bubbles to be observed from multiple angles and helping identify common leak points around the crown, case back, crystal edge, and pushers.

Pressure changes are displayed in real time, helping the operator control pressurization, holding, and release. Published specifications should be based on the actual gauge range and accuracy class.

The long lever provides convenient manual pressure generation without a complex electronic control system or external air supply, making the unit suitable for service counters and small workshops.

The unit features a wide base, metal supports, and anti-slip feet for stable operation and durability. Exact construction materials should be confirmed against the official technical documentation.

The real-time pressure curves on the HD screen are a massive help for our QC team. It's rare to find a machine this automated and reliable. I am very happy now with this purchase; everything works perfectly. Look forward to ordering more in the near future!
